Hebrides House amenities
General
New build finished in 2024, designed and constructed to meet the highest levels of environmental efficiency and accessibility standards
Energy and heating via an air source heat pump
Element7 oak flooring throughout
Underfloor downstairs and radiator central heating upstairs
Triple glazed Nordan, Velux and Glazing Vision windows and doors throughout
Washing machine and dryer in the garage, combination washer/dryer in the annexe
Starlink internet with wifi points throughout
An environmentally friendly Biorock sewage treatment system, so only bleach-free products can be used, and no material beyond toilet paper can be put down the loos
All cleaning products, washing powder and dishwasher tablets are provided
Two entrance halls - one to the annexe and the other to the main house - both with storage for jackets and coats and a boot rack.
Bedrooms
Four kingsized bedrooms (please note, they are not zip linked and cannot be reconfigured) plus two single beds in a cabin bedroom for children
Luxury linen included
Rooms include storage for clothing, a mirror, hairdryers, bedside lights and blinds/curtains that block out the light.
Bathrooms
Four bathrooms include bath towels, storage for toiletries, liquid hand wash, toilet paper plus a toothbrush charger in each.
Garage and storage
Corridor joining the main house with the annexe, which has cupboards for spare towels and bedding, and cleaning products (all provided)
Garage is attached to the main house, and there is space for a car, a washing machine and dryer, more hooks for jackets, a drying space for wetsuits, a rack for boards and space for bikes, fishing rods and outdoor gear.

Enclosed lawned garden with three patios, seating and firepit/BBQ

Kitchens
Fridge freezer in the main kitchen, undercounter fridge with ice box in the annexe

Ovens, dishwashers and induction hobs in both kitchens
Quooker boiling tap in the main kitchen
Kitted out kitchen including crockery, glassware, le creuset cookware, a soda stream, hand blender
Dining table that can sit eight in the main open plan living area with leaves that extend to 10
There is a small dining table for two in the annexe..
Living spaces
Sonos entertainment system in both lounges
Smart TV in lounge of main house and at the end of the bed in the annexe
Two Charnwood wood burning stoves - logs included
Three loaf couches and two Soho Home armchairs split between the two living spaces)
The main lounge also has a hinged shelf that can be used as a window seat.

As for restrictions…
Much as we love a party, there are to be no parties at Hebrides House, and only the guests listed at the point of booking can stay overnight
No smoking anywhere on the property, and no vaping indoors
No candles or incense
Dogs welcome with an additional cleaning fee, but they can’t go on furniture or upstairs (and please be aware there is livestock and horses all around us)
Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property, but there is a charging point at the top of the village.
